 Innovation Excellence Awards

On Monday 25th September Stationers' Hall was delighted to welcome the shortlisted entries for the Innovation Excellence Awards.  These formed an exhibition  prior to the lunch after which the awards were announced. 

 

A-dapt International  was named Innovator of the Year for its Ms Rose, an Adaptive Media Math Tutor. This a new method for video-based learning, powered by human factors such as attention, positivity and learning engagement.

It adapts to the pace of the individual and is the first ever video format where answers can be inputted and assessed directly in the video enabling pupils to follow the right learning pathway.

A-dapt International  also won the award In the Start Ups  category for Ms Rose, Adaptive Media Math Tutor. 

Business Process: Contact Originators for PrintHQ, a automated digital shim printing technology process.

Customer Experience: Xerox for CareAR which addresses customer needs with a simple point and shoot solution overlaying Augmented Reality on video which facilitates swift troubleshooting and delivering solutions to cutomers simply.

 Communications including Marketing : Rose Calenders for sustainable calendars ussing solar power and vegeatble inks.

Product Design: Parkside Flexibles for paper recyclable flexible packaging for Iceland's North coast range of seafood which uses water-based coatings to give freezer-proof functionality to paper which removes the need for plastics packaging in the frozen food sector.

Service Development: Glassboxx for Glassboxx whose service enables publishers to make direct sales where the UX optimises the customer journey in bringing new titles to market.
