LITERARY LUNCH WITH STIG ABELL - 14 SEPTEMBER 2023

Stig who is now the early morning presenter  on Times Radio ( where he is an executive director) talked about his previous roles as head of the Press Complaints Commission and Editor of The Times Literary Supplément however what captivated the audience most was his absolute passion for books. He takes at least 6 hard back books on every holiday!
Stig then went on to talk about his own new book “Death Under a Little Sky” which has received great reviews. Mike James is pleased to report that Stig donated several  copies and all were sold which with the profit from the lunch we raised over £650 for The Hall Charity “
